Ceylon Tea Supermarket aims to provide customers with high-quality products and reliable service.
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation before dispatch
- Delivery of an incorrect product
- Delivery of a damaged or defective product
- Inability to fulfil the order due to operational reasons
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned through the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is due to an error caused by the company.
