Customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The item delivered is incorrect
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The product is defective
Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, consumable products such as tea cannot be returned once opened unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Customers must notify the company immediately upon receiving the product if any issue is identified.
